Refund policy

Tarheel Expedition Engineering
All Tarheel Expedition Engineering items are warrantied to be free of initial defects upon receipt. Once installed, paint defects are warrantied for 30 days after receipt due to the nature of use. Structural defects are warrantied for one year following receipt.

Third-party products
Products from other brands sold in this store, including CYA Supply Co., HEST, and LFD Off Road, carry the manufacturer's own warranty. Tarheel Expedition does not provide a separate warranty on those items.

Returns
Items that are unused and in good condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds minus shipping will be processed once the return is received and condition verified. Refunds will be applied towards the original payment method. The amount of time it takes to reflect in your account will vary by your bank and its policies and can take several business days to appear.
