Headrest Rifle Mount for Trucks & SUVs

The Tarheel Expedition Engineering Headrest Rifle Mount holds your rifle upright behind the seat, with the stock resting on the floorboard. It attaches to your vehicle’s headrest posts without tools or headrest removal, making it easy to install for a hunting trip, range day, or work around the property.

An adjustable mounting system and thumb knobs hold the mount in position. The included QuickFist rubber clamp supports the barrel. The mount is made in the USA from aluminum with a black powder-coated finish.

Fast, Tool-Free Installation

The HRM installs in seconds without removing your vehicle's headrest or using any tools. The adjustable mounting system fits most factory seats, and integrated thumb knobs allow the mount to be securely tightened once positioned.

Unlike bulky or permanent vehicle gun mounts, the HRM can be installed or removed quickly, making it ideal for users who need a versatile firearm mounting solution.

Secure QuickFist Retention

The included QuickFist® rubber clamp mounts to heavy-duty threaded PEM studs and securely grips your firearm's barrel or handguard. Combined with the firearm's stock resting on the floorboard, the system creates constant tension that keeps your rifle firmly in place while driving.

Choose the clamp size that best fits your setup:

• Small QuickFist (Included): Fits most rifle barrels and muzzle devices up to 1.375 inches in diameter.
• Large QuickFist (Optional): Recommended for suppressors or larger handguards up to 2.25 inches in diameter.

Constructed from lightweight aluminum and finished with a durable black powder coat, the HRM is built to withstand years of use. All mounting hardware utilizes flush-mounted PEM studs, eliminating exposed bolt heads on the back side of the mount to help protect your vehicle's upholstery and prevent pressure points against the seat.
