Toyota Tacoma Limb Risers Kit (3rd Gen 2016–2023)

Add limb risers to your 2016–2023 Toyota Tacoma with a kit that includes hood brackets, wire rope, turnbuckles, and attachment hardware. The cables help guide small branches and brush up and away from the windshield on narrow, overgrown trails.

The Tarheel Expedition Engineering kit uses vehicle-specific stainless steel hood brackets with a black powder-coated finish.

A roof rack with suitable upper attachment points is required and is not included. Check that your rack can accommodate the supplied eye bolts before ordering.

Tarheel Expedition Engineering Hood Brackets

Our hood brackets mount using an existing fender bolt and extend through the gap between the hood and fender, creating a strong, low-profile lower attachment point without requiring permanent modifications to the vehicle.

Each bracket is constructed from .075" stainless steel and finished with a durable black powder coat for corrosion resistance and long-lasting performance.

Because factory hood and fender gaps can vary slightly between vehicles, minor adjustment or bending of the brackets may be necessary to ensure proper clearance from the hood. 3M Paint Protection Film (PPF) can also be applied around the mounting area for additional paint protection.

The hood brackets also provide convenient front tie-down points for canoes, kayaks, lumber, and other long cargo extending forward from your roof rack, giving you a secure anchor point without adding permanent tie-down hardware to your Tacoma.
